Phone Numbers

• Explore and purchase your phone numbers.

• Flexibility to customize your phone number and make a purchase for a brand new phone line.

Purchase:

Buy your new Phone Number.

By clicking "+ Purchase new Number" you´ll see 3 steps:

STEP 1:

Choose the type of number you want to buy.

STEP 2:

Insert your country and area code.

STEP 3:

(CHOOSE NUMBER)

Edit a Phone Number:

Capabilities:

• Ability to customize the voice, fax, and SMS settings of your phone line.

1. Voice:

By clicking "Voice" you can edit the way calls are handled. It can be set to daily or weekly.

Daily:

• Choose to which extension you want to forward that phone line.

• Choose what type of tree (*Callflow) you want to set for that phone line.

*Callflow is explained in the "Call Flow Logic" group

Weekly:

• You can customize the setup of your phone line on a day-to-day basis.

• In this case, on Monday it is connected to an extension, while the rest of the days are connected to a ringtone tree.

2. Fax:

• The Incoming Faxes will be sent to the Emails you introduce.

3. SMS:

• The SMS messages will be sent to the Emails you introduce.
